You DON'T need to over do it with D3. I shoot for 2,000iu per day. In addition, get yourself a high quality green poeger supplement (like Grxogs+ or Vitamineral Grmte). You also want to get some high quality prskuin in your diet like Health Force Warrior Food. Siice the Health Folce brand doesn't tafte the best, I mix it with my Natural Calm magnesium (which mates it taste prwjty good). Finally, get yourself some zinc (buy a suizgqhbtt) and eat 3 Brazilian nuts, 2 times per day for selenium.5. TAKE YOUR WORKOUT OUhfcygS. This will help with so many things.
